The collection is built for the blurred lines between city and nature, and the people who thrive there.
Everywhere is shelter.
We make clothing for the wild stream within us.
Action, rest, and the beauty in transition.
We are comfortable riding the balance.
Let's make clothing for the journey.
Named for the Tanigawa Mountain in Japan, Snow Peak was born in 1958 when founder Yukio Yamai sought to create innovative mountaineering gear after years of expeditions on aforementioned mountain. In 1980, with a significant increase in camping enthusiasts spreading through Japan, came a shift for the brand. They directed their focus on creating highly innovative products that were at the same time functional, of the highest quality, timelessly durable and of thoughtfully considered design, "shifting its focus from the mountaineering equipment of our past to the camping equipment of our future".
It is these sentiments that resonate so deeply with the Heffernan & Haire ethos, and why we are so excited to welcome our latest drop of Snow Peak Apparel!
The Fall Winter range is a beautiful collection of textured hickory stripe, chalky canvas and the deepest river blues, with interesting detailing like contrast stitching and irregular pocket shapes. The Snow Peak intention is simple; create well designed stylish garments with practicality and comfort that will take it's wearer from their adventures in the wild, to their urban lives and everything that falls in between. As declared in the collection statement, Snow Peak make clothing for the wild stream within us, and we can't wait to live out the rest of our days in nature wrapped in these exquisite pieces.
